By accessing or using our website(s) (the “Site”), ultrasound scanners (“Product”), mobile application(s) (“App” or “Application”), and/or online service(s) (“Services”), you agree to EagleView’s Privacy Policy. Collectively, the Site, App, and Services are referred to herein as the “Services”. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT OR SERVICES.

What Information do we collect and when?

When you are using Products and Services on geteagleview.com, we may need to collect data to provide you the Service as described in this Privacy Policy. As transparency and easy access are key factors for us, we have created this list of categories so that customers can easily identify what Personal data is processed. See below:

Information we collect:
We may collect information about you during your use of the Services, including your full name, organization, specialty, username, password, email address, postal address, phone number, mobile phone number, payment information, device model and serial number, and other information you enter, provide us, post on our Services or allow us to access when you do certain things (collectively, “User Information”), such as: Acquire a Product (purchase); Provide registration information and/or create an account; Enter a sweepstakes or contest or register for a promotion; Provide us with feedback or reviews; Request certain features or information from us (e.g., newsletters, marketing emails, website updates, and others); Download or use the App; Contact customer support; Use our Product; Connect with the Services or otherwise allow us to access certain information about you via a social networking service; or Post user-generated content (reviews, submissions and other user stories). 

Patient Information

When you use our Service (the Product and our App), you can manage patient health profile of whom you are examining (“Patient”). Patient Information is only stored locally in your personal devices (smartphone or tablet). We do not have the will access to any Patient Information unless we have your permission. This Privacy Policy, as required by law, or in accordance with additional applicable written agreements that govern our use and disclosure of Patient Information. 

Examination Information

When you use  our Srvice (the Product and our App), examination information (e.g., ultrasound images, video clips, measurements, findings, analytics, examinations, calculations, observations) will be generated (“Examination Information”). Examination Information is stored initially only in your personal device (smartphone or tablet) and may be exported or securely uploaded to anywhere else at your option. 

How we Use the Information we Collect?

EagleView™ cares about privacy matters for our customers. We do not to sell your Personal data. The information we collect will be only used for marketing, promotion and personal recommendations based on your shopping experience. We only allow to use the data prior to your permission. We firmly believe that data can serve the collective interest when de-identified and that the insights provided by our Products and Services may allow you to make informed choices and sustainable changes. The data you have generated and collected through geteagleview.com. Products and Services is processed by geteagleview.com as described in geteagleview.coms Privacy Policy and for the specific purposes mention ahead. One or more purposes may apply simultaneously: Communicating with you When you contact our customer support department to resolve a problem that you have reported, our team members may be required to process your Personal data to help you.

Do We Share Personal Data?

We do not sell, lease, rent or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties.

When you use our Site, we may collect and analyze information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser types, browser language, operating system, the state or country from which you accessed the Services, referring and exit pages and Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), platform type, user interactions (keypresses, and mouse events such as movement, location, and clicks) domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time you used the Services and upload or post content, error logs, and other similar information.

Mobile Device Data

When you access the Services via a mobile device, we may collect information such as geolocation information (as described in the next section below), unique device identifiers (e.g., a UDID or IDFA on Apple devices like the iPhone, and iPad) and other information about your mobile phone or other mobile device(s), such as operating system, version, and time spent in different parts of our App and other apps on your phone.

Product Usage (specialty) Data

We collect certain analytics information about your use of the Product and App (such as models, types or settings of the Products used, workflows used, indications selected, log files, buttons pressed, boot logs, temperature information, usage statistics, or support requests and results). We collect and use most of this information solely in anonymous and in questionaire. This information helps us improve our Product and Services, troubleshoot bugs, analyze device errors and design personalized user experience for customers.

Location data

When you install the App, we may collect information about your precise geolocation information based on your App Store or Google Play location (i.e., your real-time geographic location), and may use that information to customize the Services with location-based information and features (for example, to localize language settings). If you access the Services through a mobile device and you do not want your device to provide us with location-tracking information, you can disable the GPS or other location-tracking functions on your device (your smart phone and tablet), provided your device allows you to do this. Cookies

We use “cookies” and some other similar technologies, to help us recognize you across different Services, improve your user experience, optimize our Services, increase security, analyze use and effectiveness of our Services, and serve and measure online marketing. Technical features such as data, not directly identifying you, which allows you to use our Products and Services and allow us to create better personal experience for our customers. They are, among others, your Wi-Fi network, technical logs, date of Product activation, battery measurement, manufacturing ID, debug technical information. "By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency." When you use our applications, certain Personal data are communicated to applications when you download, install, and use features of the application and the web application. This is the case when you sync information to products. For example, when you contact our customer support, we may need your personal data to help you solve the problems. 

Information from Third-Parties

We may obtain additional information about you from third-party vendors such as marketers, partners, researchers, and others. We may combine information that we collect from or about you with information we obtain about you from such third-parties and affiliates and information derived from any other subscription, product, or service we provide. If you connect to a third-party network, platform, app, or service through the Services, you are authorizing us to collect, store, and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy any and all information that you agreed the social network or other third-party could provide to us based on your settings on the third-party social network or platform. Your agreement takes place when you connect with the third-party network, platform, or service via our Services, and/or when you connect with one of our applications through one of these services.

E-mails (subscriptions)

We may send you emails for promotional and marketing intentions once you subcribed or viewed our website. This help us make emails more relevant to you, we (may) receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from EagleView if your computer supports such capabilities.

how we protect your information?

As we mentioned before, we don't have any access to the local data (your patients' information, images, video loops or any data generated on app or scanner) on your mobile phones, tablets or computers. We strongly aware of our customers' privacy. We don't use cloud storage to operate our products and services.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of our Product and/or Services, or advances in technology. We may may from time to time change this Policy or modify, withdraw access to this site at any time with or without notice. We suggest you to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Product and/or Services following the posting of changes to this policy will mean you accept those changes. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy here and notify you by email or by means of a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective.
