A: YES, OUR APP DOES HAVE A FUNCTION TO ASSIST NEEDLE INJECTIONS, WHICH PROVIDE IN-PLANE AND OUT-OF-PLANE PUNCTURING.
Q2: Is it usable in obstetric and gynecologie?
A: Yes, the unit has specific settings for obstetric and gynecologie. The app can shows associated measurements.
Q3: Can I scan the lung with the convex probe please?
A: Yes, the dual-head one with convex head has a scan depth up to 305mm, it could be used for lung.
Q4: Can it record videos?
A: Yes, EagleView Dual-head ultrasound can record video clips for up to 100 seconds. You can also set up the cine length from 10s to 100s in the app settings.
Q5: What's the difference between the dual-head ulrasound and the pocket one?
A: The biggest highlight for this pocket pocus is smaller size and lower price range. please note that this pocket probe does not have a power doppler mode. It has 4 imaging modes: B, M, color doppler and pulsed wave doppler.
Q6: Is there application for TCD?
A: The scanning depth of handheld ultrasound is not enough for TCD(Transcranial Doppler) for the time being.
Q7: Is the ultrasound good for viewing vascular of the face?
A: Yes, the linear head could be used for viewing vascular of the face and also for aesthetics.
Q8: It is useful for musculoskeletal disorders ?
A: Yes, it can be used for MSK scans.
Q9: Suitable for nerve blocks?
A: Yes, the unit has certain mode for nerve block scans. There's no need for reimbursement code. All ultrasound files will be saved on your mobile device (phone or tablet), so don't worry about privacy issues. For more tutorials, please check here: https://geteagleview.com/pages/ultrasound-educational-videos
Q10: Is there a reimbursement code for pocus exam. And can one archive study and to where.? Cloud .? Do u have tutorials for various uses in vascular medicine and in critical care applications. Eg. Lung hurt liver etc assesments
A: There's no need for reimbursement code. All ultrasound files will be saved on your mobile device (phone or tablet), so don't worry about privacy issues. For more tutorials, please check here: https://geteagleview.com/pages/ultrasound-educational-videos

PRODUCT
Q1: Spectral waveform?
A: The unit has pulse wave doppler. it's also a form of spectral doppler.
Q2: What’s the frequency of the ultrasound probe? Can we use it as an ophthalmic ultrasound?
A: Frequency: 3.5MHz-10MHz
We do not suggest to use it as an eye ultrasound.
Q3: Does it have doppler arterial sound?
A: Yes, the unit can estimate blood flow through blood vessels by bouncing high frequency sound waves (ultrasound) off circulating blood cells.
Q4: Does it give Doppler sound for artery or it is silent?
A: The pulsed wave doppler mode of the unit has Doppler sound for artery. It sends short pulses of ultrasound and analyzes reflected sound waves between the pulses.
Q5: Does it work in areas without wifi?
A: Yes. It has a built-in WIFI hot spot to connect with the phone. No reliance on the hospital or clinic network.
Q6: Is it Compatible with Android phone?
A: Yes, it supports both iOS and Android.
Q7: What is the power source connection type for the wireless charger?
A: USB cable
Q8: Do you have a veterinary micro convex probe?
A: check out our veterinary pregancy scanner here: https://geteagleview.com/products/dawei-portable-veterinary-ultrasound.
Q9: I see convex and linear probe... but in video is sector probe... is possible to connect sector probe?
A: It looks most like a sector transducer, however, the unit allows it to perform like a sector, linear and convex transducer.
Q10: Please does it include continuous wave (CW) Doppler?
A: CW is not included.
Q11: Is there available Phased array cardiac probe with CW mode?
A: Dual-head pocus contains phased array which makes it a good cardiac ultrasound. However, CW is not included.
Q12: How about Delay?
A: Depends on the signal environment. generally, all images are delivered in real time.
Q13: Can it be connected wireless to windows 10 computer via wifi?
A: We suggest to connect the pocus with your mobile devices.
Q15: How do I find instructions for the app please?
A: Please check the quick quide and instructions here: https://geteagleview.com/pages/support
Q16: Maximum time of use before recharge?
A: Battery Life: 3 ~ 5 hours
Q17: Is it hybrid system (linear, convex and phase array) in one?
A: Yes. It's hybrid system (linear, convex and phase array) in one.
Q18: Where is the image generated in the device and the image is sent to the tablet for visualization ... or generated on the tablet?
A: Imaging on the APP, saved on the tablets or phones.
Q19: Does the probe link with the phone via its own Wifi hotspot, or does it have to route via the clinic wireless network ?
A: Thank you for the questions. It has its own Wifi hotspot to link to phone. And it doesn't need the clinic wireless network.
Q20: Can it be connected to PACS ?
A: It could only be connected to mobile devices
Q21: Is it a good echocardiography probe? Does it contain all the options to do a reasonable echocardiography? Like CW, PW, M-mode and color doppler?
A: 5 modes are included in one unit: B, B/M, color doppler: B+Color, B+PDI, B+PW.
Q22: Do you have Phased Array wireless Probe ??
A: the dual-head pocus is also a phased array probe, the unit has three arrays: convex, linear and phased.
Q23: Duplex scan? Pulse wave?
A: Yes the dual-head one with convex probe could do.
Q24: Any Curvilinear and cardiac phase array probes ?
A: Yes. the dual-head pocus can fulfill your needs.
Q25: How to clean it?
A: Steps: 1. After each use of the probe, use a soft cloth dampened with Isopropyl alcohol (or an appropriate hospital cleaning agent) to clean the probe. 2. Disconnect the probe from the mobile device. 3. Wipe the probe for one minute until it is visibly clean. 4. Change wipes when necessary and repeat step 3 until the probe is visibly clean. 5. Visually inspect the probe in a well-lit area to ensure all surfaces are clean. If the probe is not clean, repeat the steps above.
Cautions: 1. The probe cannot be immersed in any conductive liquid, so as not to corrode the probe and sheath. 2. The depth of the probe immersed in water shall not exceed the mark of the probe immersion line, and check the probe shell for cracks to avoid damage to internal components by liquid immersion. 3. Before cleaning the probe, make sure that the probe is powered off.
Q26: How to adjust the parameters to obtain higher resolution images?
B Mode: dynamic range 60-70, denoise 3-4, frequency: convex probe 3.2MHZ or 5.0MHZ, linear probe 10MHZ, the gain can be adjusted according to the brightness.
COLOR Mode: gain+ around 50, PRF2.0K、WF7.
