How It Works
1. Assessment
Initiate the trade-up process by reaching out to our support team. Provide comprehensive details about your current ultrasound probe, and we will guide you through a thorough assessment.
*Please note that our trade-up services do not cover major damage caused by human factors.
2. Valuation
Our team of experts will meticulously evaluate the condition of your probe, considering factors such as product appearance damage, usage time, and more.
3. Replace
Upon confirming that your device meets the trade-up conditions, you can return your old probe to us. Pay the price difference ($1,000) and elevate to a new device of the same model, enjoying advanced technology with minimal downtime. For model changes, please contact our customer service team for confirmation.
